Milpitas High School Registration Days (26-27 School Year)
Registration Day–All MHS Students: Main Campus and MHS Extension Campus
Registration days for students attending the MHS Main Campus AND MHS Extension Campus in the 26-27 school year will take place on Wednesday, August 5th and Thursday, August 6th.
Important things to do before arriving at MHS for registration:
1) Complete the Aeries Online Registration forms beginning on August 1st at go.musd.org. Click here if you need assistance.
2) Once you complete your online registration on Aeries, you need to print and sign the Emergency Card and MUSD Acknowledgement of Receipt and Review form. You need to bring both forms to registration day.
If you need assistance or have technical difficulties completing the registration on Aeries, we will have in-person assistance on site ready to help you take care of this.
Registration times are assigned based on the grade level and first letter of the student's last name. Please arrive at the MHS Theatre during your assigned date and time which is listed below. If you have more than one family member attending MHS, the family can come at the same time rather than on different days/times.
For MHS Main Campus Students Only: If a student is unable to come to registration on August 5th or 6th, they will need to come to the Theatre at 8:00AM on the first day of school (Thursday, August 13) to take their ID picture.
All students will receive a regular student ID card as well as a digital student ID. The digital student ID is accessible on the 5-Star Students app on their mobile device.

Strapless tops and clothing with inappropriate messages or pictures will not be allowed.

Trojan Army (ASB) Cards, Student Parking Permits, PTSA memberships, and Yearbooks can be purchased at registration. These can also be purchased later on during the school year if preferred.
Trojan Army (ASB) cards can be purchased with cash, check (made out to Milpitas High School or Milpitas Unified School District), credit card, or Apple Pay..
Student Parking Permits can be purchased with check (made out to Milpitas High School or Milpitas Unified School District) or cash.

If you have moved and have a new address, please come to the MHS Registrar’s Office to verify your current address. You will need to bring the following documents to update your address:
If parents/legal guardians are not the primary owners/renters, then we will need the following:
1. Primary renter’s/owner’s photo ID, rental/property tax, and a utility bill
2. Parents’/Legal guardians’ photo ID, and two proof of address such as below:
a. Original pay stub
b. Valid vehicle registration
c. Current monthly bills—PG&E, bank statement, bank loan, or credit card
The Registrar’s Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. (Closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch)
