Trojan Olympics Tickets Are On Sale NOW!

MARCH IS HERE AND IT IS TROJAN OLYMPICS SEASON!!!  We are in FULL EFFECT!  

Trojan Olympics is NEXT Friday March 27 at 6pm!  It is the GREATEST CLASS VS. CLASS COMPETITION!! 

Come see your classmates battle it out through dance, intense games, and unmatched school spirit! 

Tickets are now available!! You can purchase tickets from your class officers or from the Student Bank. 

 Tickets are $10 for both Trojan Army and non-Trojan Army.

Staff, no need to purchase a ticket.  Your entry is free!!  

Don’t miss out on the greatest night of the year!!! BUY YOUR TICKET ASAP!

TO Spirit Week

 Get ready cause TO Spirit week is NEXT WEEK!!! 

• Monday is Trojan Army Day: Wear your Trojan army merch or school colors! 

• Tuesday is Camo Day: wear anything camouflage. 

• Wednesday is “Anything but a Backpack” Day. 

• Thursday is “Theme Throwdown”: Wear anything related to any of the class themes. The class themes are The Greatest Showman for 2029, Into the Spiderverse for 2028, Wreck it Ralph for 2027 and Star Wars for 2026.

•  And lastly, Friday is the classic “Battle of the Classes”. Deck out in your class colors and get hyped for TO night! Freshmen are maroon, Sophomores are light blue, Juniors are pink, and Seniors are green. 

Check in at the front of the theater EACH DAY to check in and get points for your class, and to SPIN THE WHEEL to get a chance at cool prizes! This spirit week is worth 100 points each day and 500 points for the week! 

Trojan Throwdown

The Infamous Trojan Throwdown: The Trojan Olympics Dodgeball Tournament! 

It will be a battle of the classes dodgeball tournament the WEEK OF T.O. where 12 players from each class compete for TO points! Sign up to represent and compete for your class at tinyurl.com/TOthrowdown!  The last day to sign up is this week and our mandatory meeting will be this Thursday during lunch!  Don’t miss out!

MHS Book Club’s Book of the Month

MHS Book Club’s read for March is California Young Readers Nominee 'Promise Boys' by Nick Brooks, a mystery novel about three young boys of color who work to figure out who killed their principal so they can avoid a false conviction. You can check out this novel from our very own MHS library whenever it's open! We'll be hosting a meeting in the library on the 26th to discuss and choose our next book!

AAA’s Dumpling X Tanghulu Night

Dumpling Night is a fun AAA tradition where anyone can make or learn to make dumplings and hang out with each other! This year, we've added TANGHULU to the mix and are collaborating with Chinese Club and Snack Attack. Entry is $3 if you pay BEFORE 4/3. At the door will be $5. Cash, Paypal or Venmo is accepted; you can pay cash the day of IF you RSVP before then. Please make your payment ONLY to an AAA officer. Q&A Session with Assembly Member Alex Lee- March 25th

Milpitas High School’s Action for Change and Cantonese Culture Club will be hosting MHS alumnus and Assembly member Alex Lee for a live Q&A session on Thursday, March 26, After school, 3:35–4:25 PM in the MHS Library. Students will have the chance to hear from and ask questions to their state representative about public service, Asian/Cantonese heritage, civic engagement, and local community issues.
