Hello Milpitas Trojans Athletic Booster Club Members and Community, 

We wanted to inform you of the First Milpitas Trojans Athletic Booster Club (MTABC) General Membership Monthly Meeting of the school year, which will be held Monday, September 8th at the Milpitas High School in room J-16 from 7pm-8pm.  

A map is included on the RSVP form to find the room location. You are welcome to attend in person to hear the latest news that is going on with the MTABC and our ongoing plans to support the student-athletes and upcoming sporting events.

We have included the RSVP link and ask for you to complete it as soon as possible. If it is your 1st time attending a general meeting, please fill out the RSVP google form and indicate your t-shirt size that is inclusive in your membership. We will have your MTABC membership T-Shirt(s) available for pick up at the meeting.

This is all based on a volunteer basis to support our student-athletes and the athletic department. The Milpitas Trojans Athletic Booster Club main goal is to raise funds to assist and promote MHS Athletic teams and its student-athletes.

The Milpitas Trojans Athletic Booster Club plays a vital role in supporting all of our sports teams by providing funding for equipment, uniforms, special recognition awards, senior scholarships, and facility improvements. With your help, we can continue to provide a top-tier athletic experience for all of our teams.

We are always looking for Parent Volunteers that would like to donate and share their time, special talents or community resources in assisting with our mission of supporting all the student-athletes and athletic department.  We are currently looking to fill club coordinator positions. Any MTABC General member or community member may volunteer or nominate someone for one of the coordinator positions. 

If you are interested in serving in one of the leadership coordinator positions, you can respond to this email or feel free to mention this during our General Membership Meeting to discuss the opportunity further.

• Trojan Wear Coordinator
• Parent Sports Representative

It really does take a village and the community to support our students. Our hope is the Milpitas Village and Community are willing to come together to support Milpitas' only high school athletic department and, in all things, involving Milpitas Trojan Athletic student-athletes.
