bienvenidos a la clase de espanol

Bienvenidos a la clase de español ! I am very excited to start the new school year. My students' enthusiasm about learning Spanish is always the source of inspiration for me. As John Dewly said: "Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself".

Time is flying, and I would like to remind that we expect to meet you during Back to School Night that is scheduled for the first of September. We plan a lot of activities for our students but schools are always limited in classroom budgets. The allowance we have is 90 cents per student for the entire year. As you can see, this is insufficient to provide your child with the supplies and experiences that could enhance the quality of the education that he/she deserves. The school also provides free, consumable workbooks for each student which, in past years, was an additional cost of $15 for parents.

We are so grateful for the generous support that we have received from our parents in the past and feel very fortunate to have such a dedicated group of students every year. Please support us in providing your child with the best educational experience possible.

If you can help, please make a donation of $5 by cash or check. Receipts will be issued and donations are completely tax deductible. All checks need to be made payable to Milpitas High School and must include the student's ID# on the check.

Sincerely,

Natalya Selitser
